Why INAV is not arming

Few weeks ago I’ve decided to shoot more tutorial videos about INAV and this is the first effect of that decission: INAV Troubleshooting: why INAV is not arming

Long story short, here is a short list:

  • Pre-arming errors: Check the setup page for any red flags indicating issues.
  • Throttle too high: Ensure the throttle is at the lowest position.
  • GPS lock required: Some configurations require a GPS fix before arming.
  • Accelerometer not calibrated: The flight controller needs proper calibration.
  • Compass calibration issues: If the compass isn’t calibrated, arming may be disabled.
  • Failsafe settings: Incorrect failsafe settings can prevent arming.
  • CLI mode active: If the controller is in CLI mode, it won’t arm.
  • Receiver issues: Ensure the receiver is properly connected and configured.
  • Battery voltage too low: If the battery voltage is insufficient, arming may be blocked.
